You may request changes or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

After this timeframe, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

To request a modification or cancellation:

⚠️ Requests must be submitted within the 6-hour window to be eligible.

If your order has already been shipped:

Modifications or cancellations are no longer possible
Please wait for delivery and refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further assistance

Orders canceled within the 6-hour window will receive a full refund
Refunds are processed within 2 business days
It may take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

Since all items are made-to-order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has started.

We kindly ask customers to review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
