You may request changes or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
After this timeframe, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled.
π© How to Request Changes
To request a modification or cancellation:
- Email us at support@mailyprint.com
- Include your order number
- Clearly specify the changes needed
β οΈ Requests must be submitted within the 6-hour window to be eligible.
π Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped:
- Modifications or cancellations are no longer possible
- Please wait for delivery and refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further assistance
πΈ Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Orders canceled within the 6-hour window will receive a full refund
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days
- It may take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

Since all items are made-to-order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has started.
We kindly ask customers to review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
