We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
π« Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards

- Your order number
- Reason for return
β οΈ Important Return Note
Returns are only accepted in cases where:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged during shipping
- The item received is incorrect
For approved cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
π Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect items
- Damaged items
- Items not as described
- Size or color issues (excluding custom or sale items)
To request an exchange:
- Contact our support team
- Use the provided return label
- Send the item back
Once received and inspected, we will ship a replacement.
πΈ Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- It may take an additional 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account

- Item is used
- Item is not in original condition

We cover return shipping costs only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For all other return requests, shipping costs may not be covered.
